Thank you for considering your referral to Melbourne Endodontics.  We sincerely appreciate and respect the fact that you trust us with your patient.

Our team of Drs. Vijay John, Michael Yoon and Peter Spili are committed to providing the best course of care for your patients.  Our specialists work as a team and endeavour to see your patients quickly and efficiently with minimal delay.

With patient referrals, we ask that you provide us with the following if/when possible:

• As much clinical history as possible. This may include any notations of trauma history, restorations, previous endodontic treatment and any other information deemed critical. Just a few short notes can make a big difference in diagnosis and our ability to prepare for your patient.
• Any radiographs or clinical images that you have. We have an online referral system, which will allow easier transfer of digital information or feel free to email any details.

Good communication is essential and every effort will be made to keep you updated regarding your patient.  This begins with an acknowledgement report after the patient’s initial appointment. A post-treatment report, including post-operative radiographs are sent following treatment.
